By engaging Tanush Digital for software, setup or related services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.
Tanush Digital, a brand of Tanush Enterprises, makes Tanush LIMS and Lab Mantra, sets up ERPNext for manufacturers, and builds custom software, websites, online stores, mobile apps and learning platforms. Product licences and subscriptions have their own terms. The scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are set out in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
Payment terms are set in each quote. Generally:
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for your project. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tools used in development remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed according to their terms.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business data, trade secrets, or project details to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
We provide a warranty period for bug fixes and issues directly related to our development work. The duration and scope of warranty will be specified in your project agreement. Extended support and maintenance services are available separately.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date, and any deliverables will be handed over upon settlement of dues.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
